These unique security alarm sensors or truly the best sensor when it comes to pet proof activity detection. Mounted unobtrusively behind the drywall, Floor Sensors are hidden from view. Don't let this fool you though, these powerful sensors will detect an intruder the moment they step into its' detection path.
With
an sensitivity adjustable per sensor or group of sensors, the Sure Action
Floor Sensor system can be adjusted to your specific requirements.
There are two components to the Sure Action Floor Sensor system.
1 - The probes
These are mounted to the floor joist directly below the protected area
2 - The Processor
This is the "Brains" of the Sure Action Security Alarm Floor Sensor system. both 1 and 3 zone processors are available with individual sensitivity adjustments on each zone. The probes are connected to the processor and the processor is connected to the security alarm system. Although multiple probes can be installed on each zone, it is recommended that you use 1 probe per processor zone.
The uses for the Sure Action floor sensor are many. The floor sensor is a must have addition to any home automation system. Imagine the possibilities. Turn on lights when you get out of bed, walk into the washroom or walk up a set of stairs. Fans can be activated when you sit on the toilet and water can be activated when you step in the shower. For that matter, you could even turn on the music as well.

Paradox DG65 Quad Element Security Alarm Motion Detector
This is the workhorse of the Paradox line of Security Alarm Motion detectors. In my almost 20 years in the security alarm industry I have not found a more reliable Security Alarm Motion detector at a better price.
The DG65 Security Alarm Motion detector is adjustable to your needs and is highly immune to environmental false alarms.
Paradox DG75 "Pet Immune" Security Alarm Motion Detector
Although the term "Pet Immune" is a misnomer, the Paradox DG75 pet friendly security alarm motion detector does manage to stand up to some rigorous testing.
The DG75 Security Alarm Motion detector has Dual opposing sensors which help in determine the size of the object. Although no Security Alarm Motion detector is truly "Pet Immune" the DG 75 Security Alarm Motion detector does come closer than its' competitors. For a truly pet friendly security alarm system, AlarmParts.ca recommends the installation of door/window contacts and glassbreak sensors.

Paradox DG 460 Security Alarm Motion Detector
The DG460 Security Alarm Motion detector is a unique sensor designed to capture motion directly below doorways. Although quite useful for typical security alarm applications, the Paradox DG460 is typically used as a request to exit device in access control.
The Paradox DG460 Security Alarm Motion detector is also useful to trigger a door chime for doors that may be left open for fresh air.

The Paradox DG 467 Security Alarm Motion detector is designed for applications where there is product, desks or shelving throughout the protected area. Where standard motion detectors would be have their "field of view" obstructed, the DG 467 360 degree ceiling mount motion detector looks down at the protected area with a less obstructed view.
